Important Notice on shipping outside of the UK

Currently, shipping to countries outside of the UK is business as usual, there may be some small delays due to COVID restrictions, however, we are not seeing any further reports.

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 1-5 business days. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet prevailing order volume. 

Please note that for international orders F33L is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Orders placed between the 24th December and the 4th January may face some delay in delivery and deployment.

Returns:

If you need to return any item to us, please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the order (unless faulty).

Where a product has been personalised for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange.

It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.  We would like this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's unused.

We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).
